Who is responsible
Vaucarré Corporation ("V au carré"), a French SAS currently being registered, publishes the RaidersGo game and the raidersgo.app website. For any question about your data: contact@raidersgo.app.
In short
- No ads, no ad trackers, no third-party analytics in the game.
- No name, email address, phone number or location is required to play.
- Your save is copied to the cloud so you don't lose it, under an anonymous guest account.
- The website uses no cookies.
In the game
Save data
Your progress is stored on your device. A copy is sent to our provider Supabase (servers in the European Union, Paris region) so you can recover it if you change devices or reinstall the game.
On first launch, the game automatically creates an anonymous guest account: a random identifier, not linked to your identity. Stored with this account: the content of your save (progress, weapons, items, gems, gold, skins, raids), its version, a device label and the game version. As with any online service, your connection's IP address passes through Supabase's servers.
Legal basis: performance of the service you use (keeping your progress). Retention: as long as the account exists. To delete your cloud save, email us with the short ID of your guest account, shown in Options, "Cloud save".
Online co-op
To play together, the game goes through a relay server (Cloudflare Workers). The relay sends your nickname, the room code and the game messages to the other player. Nothing is stored in a database: rooms stay in memory and expire after 6 hours at most. The relay sees your IP address while you are connected.
In-app purchases
Purchases are not open yet. When they are, payment will be handled by Google Play or the App Store: we will never see your bank details. We will receive a purchase confirmation to credit gems to your guest account. Legal basis: performance of the purchase contract; retention: [period required by accounting obligations, to be specified].
On raidersgo.app
- Hosting: Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical logs (including your IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
- Cookies: none.
- Analytics: none for now. [If added: Cloudflare Web Analytics, cookie-free; update this page.]
- Fonts: loaded from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google. [To be replaced with fonts hosted on the site.]
- Email: if you write to us, we keep your message for as long as needed to answer and follow up.

Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@raidersgo.app. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or to the authority of your country.
Changes
This page will be updated if the game or the website change how they handle data. The date at the top shows the latest version.
